Today, we had a customer who made some scrumptious meat pies and sent us pictures and the recipe. We're going to share with you M.A.'s original recipe for a great meat pie!

Just looking at the pictures makes all of the Mr Bacon team hungry! Here is the recipe and photos that M.A. actually sent us via Instagram!
【Puff Pastry 】
- Bread flour 500g
- Sea salt
- Unsalted butter 125g/for a layer of 375g
- Cold water 230g
- White wine vinegar
I made 27 layers (3x3x3)
【Sausage Meat】
- Beef roughly minced 200g
- Pork roughly minced 200g
- Cinnamon
- Thyme
- Cumin
- Garlic chopped
- Sea salt
- Black pepper grained
- Apple Pie bacon sliced
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes depending on how dark you want it!
That's so awesome that you even made the pie crust!
And the sausage meat inside looks really juicy and yummy!
