ローズマリーにんにくベーコンと濃厚チーズディップ

Smoky Rosemary & Garlic Cheese Dip

A salsa & cheese mix topped with our popular rosemary & garlic bacon!  A perfect match for crispy tortilla chips, this smoky bacon cheese dip will be sure to please.  Add coriander or jalapeno slices for some extra zing. Accompany with a cold beer for sure!

Ingredients

  • Rosemary & Garlic Bacon
  • Onion
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Salsa (choose your heat)
  • Tortilla Chips

Time:25 min

Difficulty: Easy

Variations:Coriander(Optional)or Jalapeno Slices!

Directions

  1. Add salsa, cream cheese, shredded cheese and coriander to a bowl and mix.
  2. Transfer to a heat proof bowl or cast iron skillet
  3. Coat with chopped Rosemary & Garlic bacon and jalapenos if you want some heat
  4. Cook in your smoker at 220 for 20 minutes or so.  Can also be done in the oven
  5. Serve with tortilla chips & cold beer
  6. Enjoy!
